Family Constellations is a therapeutic approach that reveals the hidden dynamics within family systems — the loyalties, entanglements and unresolved pain that pass silently from one generation to the next.
Developed by German psychotherapist Bert Hellinger, it works on a simple but profound premise: we are not only shaped by our own experiences, but by the experiences of those who came before us. Trauma, loss, exclusion, difficult events — these don’t simply disappear. They ripple forward, showing up as patterns in how we relate, how we feel, what we repeat.
How does it work?
In a constellation, we create a living map of your family system. Using representatives (in group work) or objects and symbols (in individual sessions), hidden dynamics become visible. What was unconscious can be seen. What was unnamed can be acknowledged.
The process doesn’t require a full family history or years of analysis. It works gently and directly — meeting the system where it is.
Who is it for?
Family Constellations can help if you feel stuck in repeating patterns — in relationships, work, health or sense of belonging. If you carry grief or difficulty that doesn’t seem entirely your own. If you’re drawn to understanding your roots, not just as history, but as something still alive in you.
You don’t need to know anything about constellations to begin. Curiosity is enough.
Work with Sole
Individual sessions are held online — a quiet, private space to explore what your system is carrying.
Group work happens within retreats and dedicated workshops, where the collective field adds depth to the process.
