Who I Am

I’m Soledad Salto — founder of Sol Experiences and a strategic connector shaped by over two decades of international experience.

I was born in Argentina and spent nearly ten years living in London. During that time, I built strong cross-border relationships and developed a global perspective that continues to shape my work today.

I began my career in the travel and sports industry, managing operations and supporting major international events, including the FIFA World Cup and European championships. At the same time, I expanded into corporate training, delivering workshops focused on service excellence, leadership and international positioning.

Over time, my focus shifted. While large-scale events taught me precision and resilience, I realised that real impact comes from human connection. The right introduction can transform a business. The right environment can strengthen a team. The right conversation can open new markets.

Tourism gave me perspective.
Sport taught me discipline.
Teaching strengthened my ability to structure ideas clearly.
Living abroad sharpened my cultural intelligence.

As a result, I learned that growth does not happen by chance. It happens when experience, judgement and trust come together.

Today, I bring that integration into Sol Experiences.

Through executive representation, strategic market access and curated connection formats, I create structured environments where meaningful relationships can develop — both professionally and personally.

I believe strategy must remain human. Because although technology can support systems, it cannot replace intuition, lived experience or the ability to read a room.
